France. Its source is in the central massif. It flows into the Atlantic Ocean. Near Nantes tourist ships can be boarded which cruise to the
world-famous Loire Castles.

Chapel St. Hubert near the Palace of Amboise is his
resting place.

In the middle ages Amboise Castle was surrounded
by strong defense walls. After the siege in 1234 in
became Royal tenure. Its character changed from a fortress to a Royal Palace.
